Overview
​DeliveRodent is a fast paced 4 player split-screen competitive driving game set in a beautiful European inspired townscape.
​
Use a combination of bombs, missiles and speed boosts to navigate through the chaotic town. Collect and deliver the most deliveries in time to gain the most money.
​
Protect your delivery at all costs, your opponents want to steal it from you.

Created paper and digital prototypes of British inspired landmasses.

Ensured varied yet appropriate placements of buildings, foliage and assets.

Designed various shortcuts and various unique player encounter locations.

Producer​

Created and maintained 90% of the documentation including; Asset Lists, GDD, Technical Design Documents, Testing Logs, and Audio Design Documents.

Created and managed the teams Jira, which included a bug database and sprint projections.

Scheduled and recorded meeting minutes during online and in-person meetings.

Established bug reporting standards and procedures for all members.​​​​

UI / UX Designer

Created multiple variations of interfaces; including menu's, prompts and layouts.

Worked in Figma to perform A/B testing for interface variations.

Miscellaneous 2024 Additions

Updated map layouts in response to prior public playtesting, questionnaires, and personal observations.

Optimised the game by including texture streaming, object instancing, occlusion culling, coding optimisations, and collision reductions.

Updated sound effects, sound managers and audio compression

Updated bounding boxes of multiple assets to increase game efficiency, reduce player frustration and improve the flow of the level.
